Our proprietary model allows our clients to utilize National Standard’s full service development solutions, while some of our clients elect to use its own developer and take advantage of National Standard to capitalize their projects. This shifts the project’s financial costs and burden to National Standard as the public/private investor. The key requirement to take advantage of National Standard’s capital investment program is a long term lease with a credit worthy tenant or user of the asset.
